Shipping Policy

Where do you ship? We currently ship to Australia and select international destinations. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched with care.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. During peak periods, please allow a little extra time — some things are worth waiting for. Tracking information is provided with every order so you can follow your package along the way.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Tracking details are sent as soon as your order is dispatched. Occasionally, delays beyond our control — such as customs inspections or postal disruptions — may affect tracking updates. We appreciate your patience.

What if my order is lost? Every order is sent with insured shipping. If your package is lost in transit, held at customs, or returned to us for any reason, we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at majelicastore@gmail.com and we'll take care of you.

Are there customs fees or import taxes? All prices are displayed in AUD. Depending on your location, local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations if you're unsure.
