30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return Contact us at majelica@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at majelica@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
